Day1 25Nov

Departed S'pore & arrived around 7 @ Cambodia n headed to our home stay in Kampong Kedei for dinz!

Day2 26Nov

Had breakfast @ 7 and headed off to the school. Painted for almost 4h and it was superrrrr tiring. Lunched at home stay and went back to the school where it was time for my group & I to teach & interact w the kids!! :-) our group gotten the higher grade class,12 years old. Thought 'em origami and had a competition w plane throwing. ^^ next up was game time so we played monkey! Was tiring but it was awesome spending time & bonding w 'em. Ooh ooh oooooooh & my class has this super duper cute guy! Rasmey!! Hehehe.

Day3 27Nov

2teams went to the orphanage to interact while 2teams which includes mine stayed at the home stay and cooked lunched for everyone including the orphans!! :D 1 of the best meals heheh. After lunch we took the horse cart ride round the village and went to distribute those donated food to the poorer houses & families. :-)

Day4 28Nov

Had a experience of harvesting wheat but didn't rly enjoyed it w all those ants intruding and bitting. :< after the harvest we went around another part of the province and distributed clothes. :-) headed back to the school and had another hour of interaction w our classes. n.n acted out Snow White & the 5dwarfs due to lack of dwarfs hahahaha. Had so much fun w 'em.

Day5 29Nov

It was our last visit to the school and it was also the farewell event that the principal had organized. :) as usual both school had a teacher or principal to do the speech than the students which was Teckshuen & I! It was then their performance followed by ours,tho the technical problems caused many awkward stops half way in our dance we still had lots of fun together. ^^ after everything ended we had some time to play w the kids so Joan,Andy,Brandon & I took back our class!! :D played 2games & I couldn't bear to part w Rasmey~~ hahaha after leaving the school we went to the city and shopped for 2h @ the old market before going to the hotel & have dinner at a buffet restaurant. :) so during the night after teachers had check room by room,everyone quietly sneaked around and changed room and it was super exciting la HAHAHA. Ended up in Brandon & Qiwei's room w Andy,Yuhhan,Joan,Van &Yingquan. n.n that was 1 of the best night haha had so much fun playing cards & drinking and playing prank on other rooms. Hehehee miss those times man.

Day6 30Nov

Visited Angkor Wat on the last day and it was frikkin hot walking around for a few hours~ had lunch at the restaurant than another hour to shop @ the old market before heading to the airport. Our flight was delayed for almost an hour so while waiting I was slacking w Van,Brandon & Qiwei I swear we had so much laughters till we couldn't catch our breath. Hahaha in the plane we 4 sat together too for awhile before landing and home sweet home. Thanks Mom & Dad for fetching me love ya. :*

Those 6days spent in Cambodia definitely was an eye opening experience for me. Thru this trip i've learnt many things,esp to appreciate all that I have and I feel rly blessed & fortunate as compared to other kids in Cambodia. This trip was definitely worth while. :-)
